Event Overview
The Everdriving Mystery Box is a limited-time event running from June 3 to July 8, 2026 (05:59 UTC+8) as part of NTE Version 1.1. Players spend Fons or Annulith to open boxes from the “Velocity Rush” pool, which contains the Porsche 918 Spyder vehicle, Esper Zero’s exclusive outfit “Best Partner,” and various other rewards.
The event allows a maximum of 15 draws. Completing all 15 draws guarantees every reward in the pool.

| 13 | 2,200 | 3,300,000 | 13,350 | 17,150,000 | Very high |
| 14 | 2,400 | 3,700,000 | 15,750 | 20,850,000 | Near-certain |
| 15 | 2,600 | 4,200,000 | 18,350 | ~25,050,000 | 100% Guaranteed |
Note: The table above shows the cost to reach each draw individually. The total to guarantee all rewards (all 15 draws) is approximately 18,350 Annulith or ~25 million Fons. However, most players who want only the Porsche should realistically budget for draws 12–15, where the probability becomes high.
Understanding the Probability Mechanics
The Porsche 918 Spyder is completely unavailable in draws 1 through 5. This is stated explicitly in the event rules and is not a bug or oversight. The probability is locked at 0% for the first five draws regardless of luck.
Starting from draw 6, the Porsche enters the prize pool. However, the early odds remain low because the pool still contains many lower-tier rewards. As those rewards are drawn and removed from the pool, the probability of landing the Porsche or the outfit increases with each subsequent draw.
Key thresholds based on CN server data:
- Draws 1–5: Porsche probability = 0%
- Draws 6–11: Probability rises gradually; most players do not receive the Porsche here
- Draws 12–14: The “sweet spot” — the majority of players who reach this range obtain the Porsche or the outfit
- Draw 15: Absolute guarantee — if the Porsche has not appeared by draw 14, it is guaranteed on draw 15
This structure means that spending 3 million Fons (roughly draws 1–7) has less than a 5% chance of yielding the Porsche. Players who spent heavily in the first few hours of the event without understanding this mechanic reported not receiving the car despite significant Fons expenditure.

F2P Considerations
The event runs for 35 days (June 3 – July 8). During this period, regular gameplay generates Fons through daily missions, exploration, and events. The question for F2P players is whether accumulated Fons over the patch can realistically reach the Porsche threshold.
Estimated Fons from V1.1 patch (F2P):
| Source | Estimated Fons |
|---|---|
| Daily missions (35 days × ~30,000) | ~1,050,000 |
| V1.1 events total | ~500,000–800,000 |
| Exploration and side content | ~300,000–500,000 |
| Total estimate | ~1.85–2.35 million |
Based on CN server data, reaching draw 12–13 (where Porsche probability becomes high) requires approximately 13–17 million Fons. The F2P Fons income for the entire patch falls well short of this threshold.
Practical F2P strategy:
- Do draws 1–5 only if you want the lower-tier rewards (Forged Dice, Funds) and can afford the cumulative 1.35 million Fons cost
- Do not spend Annulith on this event unless you are committed to reaching draw 12 or beyond, as partial spending yields no meaningful progress toward the Porsche
- Save Annulith for character banners (Lacrimosa, Chaos) where the pity system guarantees meaningful returns
Is the Porsche Worth It?
The Porsche 918 Spyder is described as the fastest vehicle currently available in NTE, with the highest top speed and significant tuning potential. It also comes with matching racing gear for Esper Zero, making it a complete cosmetic package for players who prioritize open-world traversal and aesthetics.
However, the cost structure is steep. Guaranteeing the Porsche requires reaching approximately draw 12–15, which costs between 11,150 and 18,350 Annulith, or between 13.85 and 25 million Fons. At standard top-up rates, the Annulith cost translates to roughly $100–$180 USD depending on the platform used.
For players who value cosmetics and open-world exploration, the Porsche represents a genuinely unique item that will not return in future patches. For players focused on combat performance, the same resources are better directed toward character banners.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why did I spend 3 million Fons and not get the Porsche? The Porsche cannot be obtained in draws 1–5, and the probability remains low through draws 6–11. Spending 3 million Fons covers approximately draws 1–7, where the odds of receiving the Porsche are minimal. Reaching the high-probability range requires approximately 13–17 million Fons.
Can I use Annulith instead of Fons? Yes. Each draw can be paid with either Fons or Annulith. The Annulith cost per draw is significantly lower in absolute terms, but Annulith is also the primary currency for character banners. Mixing currencies is allowed.
Does the event reset if I stop and come back? No. Your draw count persists for the duration of the event. If you complete draw 5 today and return next week, you resume at draw 6.
Is the Porsche 918 Spyder available again in Phase 2? Phase 2 of the Porsche collaboration is confirmed but will feature different models and paint jobs. The Porsche 918 Spyder from Phase 1 is not confirmed to return.
What happens to unspent draws at the end of the event? The event ends July 8. Any draws not completed by that time are forfeited. Fons and Annulith are not refunded.
